Buyer pays return shipping costs;

Refund of total purchase amount subject to a 22% restocking fee;

No final sale items;

I personally pack all orders and ensure precision in the details of what was ordered and what was packed and sent; 

If you receive a little gift/s in addition to your order than you may keep that item/s if you wish to return your item/s for refund;

item/s must arrive back at the AUZUNUTI warehouse in same condition they were sent out in; or no refund will be given;
